Part C: Services and Booking Process

1. Initial Consultation and Booking

• You must complete the General Enquiry Form honestly and accurately.

• We will assess your eligibility in collaboration with the relevant Consultant.

• Only once eligibility is confirmed will a Booking Form be issued to you, detailing costs and services.

You are not guaranteed approval for the Procedure even after arrival in South Africa. Final approval is at the discretion of the Consultant.

Part D: Costs, Payments, and Cancellations

​

1. Deposit and Payment

• A 70% deposit (or as specified in the Booking Form) is required to confirm arrangements.

• No arrangements will be made until funds reflect in our account.

• You are responsible for all bank and transfer fees.

2. Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due before departure from your home country or upon arrival in Cape Town.

• You are responsible for all Medical Costs, unless stated otherwise in a package agreement.

​

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If cancelled two weeks or more in advance: You forfeit 80% of your deposit.

• If cancelled less than two weeks in advance: You forfeit 100% of your deposit.

• No refunds for unused accommodation or early departures.

Additional nursing or care beyond what is quoted is billed separately.

Part E: Disclaimers and Limitations

1. Travel-Related Disclaimers

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Lost or damaged luggage

• Weather conditions or acts of God

2. Medical Disclaimers

We are not responsible for:

• Cancellation of the Procedure for any reason (e.g., health, Consultant refusal)

• Complications, dissatisfaction, or unexpected outcomes

• Costs due to incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by you

All medical procedures are performed by independent professionals with whom you contract directly.

Part F: Complaints and Legal Jurisdiction

1. Complaints Procedure

We strive to provide excellent service. Please send any complaints to info@sculptedtourismsa.com and we will address them promptly.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be adjudicated in the Cape of Good Hope Provincial Division of the South African High Court, unless we opt to pursue the matter in another competent jurisdiction.

Part G: General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Sculpted Medical Tourism.

• A separate Booking Form will govern specific services rendered; in the case of conflict, the Booking Form will prevail.

• We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without notice.

• If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
