Quotation Booking Process
At Sculpted Medical Tourism, we aim to make your quotation process smooth, secure, and transparent. To begin, you’ll follow our standard booking procedure to receive a personalized quote. This starts with filling in our online consultation form, where you’ll share some basic medical history, list the procedure(s) you’re interested in, and upload clear, recent photographs of the areas to be treated.
Once complete, you’ll be directed to our secure payment gateway to pay a consultation fee of R1250 (approximately $70), which covers the review of your submission by a qualified medical professional and includes a detailed quotations. If you decide to proceed with an in-person consultation in South Africa (not payable at this time), an additional R1,000 may be required. However, the total sum remitted will be credited towards your final procedure cost should you proceed.

This small fee covers your online consultation and a detailed surgeon's quote from our team only. If you choose to proceed with the quotation, we will contact you to discuss your accommodation and optional excursions, and these will be priced based on your preferences.
If you later choose to meet the plastic surgeon or other healthcare provider in person, an additional R1000 fee will be charged on the day of the visit.
After we receive your form, photos, and payment, one of our expert doctors will review everything and create a personalised surgery plan just for you. We’ll then send you a detailed cost estimate. This may change slightly after your in-person consultation with the surgeon.

Step 2: Submit Photos
Upload clear, recent photos of the areas you’re concerned about, as directed in our photo guidelines.
If you feel uncomfortable uploading your photographs at this stage, you’re still welcome to proceed with the consultation payment. We understand and respect your privacy. Once your payment is complete, we can arrange a secure and private way for you to submit your images directly to us.
Please rest assured that our pre-consultation form is protected by strict security measures, and all submitted information and photographs remain confidential and accessible only to our medical professionals. Your comfort and trust are our priority.
Step 3: Secure Payment
Use our secure payment link to pay the pre-consultation fee, which will be redeemed against any procedure you choose to undergo.
Step 4: Personalized Feedback and Quote
Within 24 hours, a member of our team will contact you directly to acknowledge receipt and discuss your needs in more detail—so you’re never left wondering what comes next.

Step 5: Redeem Your Quotation Fee
If you proceed with a procedure, the quotation fee will be fully redeemed, ensuring a seamless transition to your surgical journey.

Payment Terms
Full payment for your surgical procedure, excluding the quotation fee already paid, will be made directly to the surgeon. Sculpted Medical Tourism does not accept or process payments for surgical procedures.
All other related expenses, including service packages, accommodation, recovery care, and logistical arrangements, will be payable in full to Sculpted Medical Tourism. These payments, along with a detailed breakdown of costs, cancellation terms, and conditions, will be clearly outlined in your service level agreement.
