With over 21 years of business experience and a background in Consumer Science and Advanced Project Management, Carien combines luxury service with global insight.

She has worked across South Africa, the UK, and the USA, and travelled to over 40 countries—bringing a refined, international perspective to every client journey.

Beyond Sculpted, she leads Conductio-FMCG, a top executive search firm, and Inside Out Interior Design, a boutique Airbnb renovation studio. A creative entrepreneur and adventurer at heart, Carien is passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and completely at ease.
